They are pushing to update all systems when a property sells.

So work on pushing through the anxiety of talking to strangers, take an improv class or practice on friends and family.  

Since then I have had a few more acquisitions but now we are slowing down and I still want to push and keep growing.

Their current lease expires Aug. 15th, and if closing gets pushed out at all they would go month to month with the current owner, per the lease agreement, however this has the potential to be a very quick turn-around.I'm assuming I would still run the current tenants through my own screening process.  

Funny how those who have to stay rooted in the reality of running a retail business don't have time for endless conference calls or extended lunch meetings....Its not funny to listen to how many are scraping to get by, or who are waiting on a change in the "economy" that will return their customers.Many of these are not in the statistics of the unemployed, but are in effect making less than minimum wage.

The reason I push the groups function is when you look on a person's profile on Facebook, Facebook only shows 5 fan pages on a profile but at least a dozen groups pages.
