All of these issues seem fairly straightforward to do remotely:- Listing property online- Collecting rent- Scheduling contractor/handyman for repairs- Coordinating self-walkthroughs if there's a smart lock system or coordinating with previous tenant on tenant turnoverHow would people manage these issues?

@Ben W.When operating {virtually} in any remote jurisdiction - whether you are wholesaling, flipping, buy-n-hold, etc., you need to cultivate boots on the ground who know the area, can handle the required local logistics, and who can be trusted.  

The last three days have been spent clicking around the site trying to wrap my head around all of the amazing features and today I decided for sure that I want to thoroughly involve myself with Bigger Pockets so I took the dive head-first. 

Add a counter worksurface with cabinets under the window for storage.Remove the wall between the living room and hall to open it up and to showcase the staircase as a feature opposite the fireplace.
