I am looking at doing this deal as the builder developer and then holding it.Anyone have any experience with these I understand there is a lot of them in Seattle and probably SF.going back to turn of the century these days.. but with PDX rents that sky rocked ( sure wish you bought her 5 years ago LOL if your buy and holder)... these are looking attractive.The tiny house is cute but the reality of land use for those is pretty tough.

I think you'll appreciate having local agent support as Cleveland has good and bad pockets and it's easy for people that aren't familiar with the areas to get burned buying something that seems good on paper, but will never perform in reality
