I was looking at several properties in the range of 800k-1million and I just don’t see a great return on these compared to my existing rentals.

Real estate is somehwhat counter intuitive, as it has an inverse price-risk ratio: many of your long term risks go down, as you increase the price range - there will be a personal sweet spot that is right for you. 

But an actually negotiated down to the 115k-125k range. rents will be conservatively $650-$675/unit per month.

I lived at the Reserve on Sugar Mountain that was roughly 5,000 ft in elevation and really long range views that’s on the back of the ski mountain.

Can anyone familiar with home sales/values in the area provide some insight on how COVID-19 is impacting home sales/prices at the moment and what a rough price/square foot valuation range I might expect based on the (limited) info I've provided?
