In my house, I haven't had any problems with the vinyl moving or coming up with just the sticky tape (although, I've discovered a shop vac will pull it up.)You have to use the leveling compound to smooth and level the floor before you install it.

And since we are not talking about long-term capital gains (property held less than 12 months) then rehab expenses that I would normally think of as being capitalized (like adding a new bathroom) are not really capitallized (and depreciated) because of the short-term nature of this type of transaction.

People like to do business with, and feel more comfortable with people “like themselves”... and/or… people that sound like, or look like, they can help them with what they (the seller) want done.If you know what the seller does for a living, dress how they may dress…I usually dress in slacks, a pull over or button up shirt, and nice shoes… Basically “business casual” attire.
