somebody help!!!

I have been trying to find a place to get comps. As I live in Canada the online resources ex.(Zillow) don't help. Title companies reqiure exact addresses and charge $35 per search. The realtors I called either won't do it or want too much money($50). If anybody has any ideas it would be appreciated.
