People need to do their own due diligence.  

What you are speaking to is a great question and I wish that more people would ask it. 

Florida has over 1000 people moving in a day, our supply is almost non-existent compared to the past and even condos are giving amazing returns (example: we have a new condo purchased at $270k bringing in $4k a month in short term rental income). 

Chicago real estate is moving quickly and it's honestly no surprise rents are too...with less inventory for sale that also means more people are forced to rent, which in my opinion would drive up the rent.  

I believe you should always take care of your people.

I don't know many people that invest around there (only one guy that does really good with flips).  

At my brokerage we are innovation with AI chatbot, data portals and integration of technology to add value to the way people search and sell homes.

For us BP people, we can see the potential in a fresh coat of off-white paint where regular people just see a gross ugly house.  

I joined a team and surrounded myself with people that were crushing it as agents and investing for themselves.
