This could get messy.....I found a better method to be this: ask for an invoice for each phase (or so) of work...i.e Demo/Foundation, then Framing, rough, then Electrical/Plumbing /HVAC.

@Scott M.Thanks Scott, Exactly I meant Laundry area where most of the plumbing drain lines are there and parking area as well to monitor amount of snow accumulation and bad weed plants growth on the curb side to get them removed with the help of a handyman.
