If you can't keep control of your personal finances, you are highly unlikely to succeed in real estate investing.

Has anyone experienced pushbacks on short term rental licenses in unincorporated Miami Dade County?

I also tried setting up more conventional management services for rent collection and got a huge amount of pushback that the tenants didn’t know the App and didn’t want to put personal information or bank account/credit cards into some App they’d never heard of.
