Also your descriptions mention video camera whether is true or not.

I'd like to know that my big ticket repairs are going to have multiple quotes along with pictures/videos of the issue neatly packaged so I can approve (~$500+) immediately and get the work completed for our tenants. 

But you’ll be the one dealing with ‘camera 2 lost WiFi’, or the cloud provider lost a few hours of video.

Any good videos to go through to learn how to key in reasonable numbers and percentages for repairs etc.
