I need some advice on online rent payment collection services.

I purchased BiggerPockets Pro so that I could do the analysis of properties I have found online and with the help of a real estate broker, and I even made my first unsuccessful offer to puchase a property.

Once I feel I have an appropriate rent price, I require all of my prospective tenants to complete an application through an online credit check & tenant application website.  

Its an online community similar to Bigger Pockets, but the topics are on all types of investments/finance (rather than just RE) and it's specifically geared towards towards doctors. 

By this time my file went for Clear to Close review (CTC).  

@Brandon HallI am certain by the time you review and study the final version you will get rid of the "mud" for your and they can continue to do whatever they do best.

So review the lease but - if there is no such clause - you won't be able to increase the rent during the term of the lease unless the tenant agrees to it (which they might if you were going to do some upgrades/improvements but probably wouldn't otherwise).

If they have an online archive you may be able to search the address there.

They have a positive online reputation.

Are there any 3rd-party sites that review / rank such sites ?
