Upon numerous mixed opinions I know certain people that swear away from it and some as Connecticut in general, and others who see its potential.

The elements/weather causes more deterioration to a unit than if it were indoors. 

The people that I work with that do this the best have small, extremely targeted lists, and mail the list numerous times and much more frequently. 

Furnish it with IKEA grade furniture, install a numeric code lock on the front door, purchase an extra set of sheets and towels and some kitchen utensils. 

What @Zach Sikes said is correct - agents in the internet-age are focused on negotiating, coordinating, and monitoring all the elements that Redfin can't help with, while providing customer service and expertise (hopefully) that lessens the stress of such a big transaction

In this market, it's not unusual for there to be numerous offers, bidding wars, and the brokers and sellers have their choice of a buyer.The seller's broker represents the buyer too. 

There are so many elements that make this story inspirational, but probably the most impressive is the manner in which you tell the story is not rooted in boastfulness, but pride. 

@Kris Markham You may want to look into replacing your hot tub, or getting the heating element replaced - it shouldn't take days to reheat.
