Did you have any of these heating issues last year when it was say 15 or 20 degrees out? 

I am working on my Paralegal degree, and I need to choose two areas of specialty. 

But, I can say that I've had a better financial return from my Lifestyles education than I got from my Engineering degree  or my MBA. 

Any lawyer with a degree from the Bahamas can dissolve any liability protection you think you have by doing it this way.If you want protection, buy the property in a LLC with a commercial loan or get a good umbrella policy

Even if winterized I would highly recommend treating the plumbing as a big unknown with a foreclosure and budget accordingly.Very rarely do you turn the water on after a property has been winterized and the water runs perfectly. most of the time there are small breaks in the plumbing or leaks to some degree.

I have two properties that have the washer and dryer hookups in the garage, and the high temperature this week has been 21 degrees.

Never give someone your internal numbers or break things down to the nth degree.

I just got a call from a tenant , they say they cant get the house over 65 degrees .

Plus, I'm in Minnesota where the temp is currently -7 degrees!
