It affected our budget to where we had to change some fixtures and things of that nature at the last minute.

I'm also with Nathan on the fact that you need to get thicker skin, this is a business and if you can't stand telling someone they can't rent from you then I question whether you'll be able to handle the harder stuff that being a landlord entails (i.e. bad tenants/evictions/etc.).

Cons: Airbnb can be a fickle platform and you have to have thick skin when dealing with Airbnb and with guests.

Some people are naturally outgoing and thrive in networking settings, but when I started, I was not one of those people—especially in large groups.

I would anticipate that they'll want you to have some skin in the game yourself.

@Gerard Leeson ....My gut check says it is a supply line to one of those sinks you mentioned because of the "constant" nature. 

@Juan Escarcega, what are your expectations for how a potential partner's contribution would solve the illegal nature of the conversion? 

Im talking about legally having power lines run on to city's grid, connecting a main water pipe, natural gas hook up, etc.

Which I was hoping some type of insurance would help cover since it’s a natural storm (wrong).
