My problem is spending oney already on what I think are gurus and I did this because I wanted to do the 10 hour wholesaler to get an income flow coming i while I learn-I have been told to find a mentor to help me but again they are ot going to be free.

I would definitely want a partner to show me how to be successful in real estate but then in a huge field like this, its a lot of scam artist in real estate too so me being a newbie I pray someone will mentor me and take me under their wing and show me the ropes the right way...
