Are there any course online or offline that you can recommend?

The way I see it is that Hamilton, London, and Waterloo have already had major "growth spurts" in student rental housing; whereas Windsor's pricing "growth spurt" is just starting. 

We bought our first flip house at a live auction from Williams & Williams, I was the only person there but bidding against 4 other online buyers, the auctioneer took bids in an earpiece then announced them and looked at me to indicate it was my turn to bid.

When the time comes will use online services to market the units.

I'm currently a senior in college and plan on graduating in the Spring with a degree in finance, and am currently still living with my parents and have no major expenses outside of paying for my car insurance and phone bill (Lucky, I know).Given all the experience and knowledge on this site, I was just curious what would be the best way for me to start out?

I didn't use a realtor, but bought at an online auction, in this case Hubzu.
