They have a good system for seller and buyer to communicate and also provide escrow service and collateral review/verification.

Im asking for a little help on butting a system together.

Has anyone ever challenged this system or have an attorney you can refer me to help with something specific like this?  

Zillow no longer gets a direct feed from most MLS systems, therefore their information isn't real time.

I have 25 years of tax, HR, accounting and systems project management experience in Fortune 250 companies from my previous career.  

You need good systems and a good process that you execute on consistently.

I’ve ran numbers on houses from the 50k to 75k initial purchase price but wondering if buying something more expensive is the better way to go as the “percentage” of repair cost goes down. ( example it cost about the same for new an HVAC system or shower tile)
