Heeelllooo Bigger PocketsI have been on here for a while just reading information and learning as much as possible.I must say this site is a source of motivation and knowledge.I do respect what you guys are doing here it has made a major difference in my life.My goal is to quit my job in the next 5 years and I'm sure it will happen especially with BP in my life.I have put in an offer purchase on a sectional title as my first property that i would like to buy and hold.I look forward to interacting with you all in future 

Just getting over the two year hurdle of BK (dated from discharge) it may be wise to make sure you qualify for a new loan by chatting with a new lender in advance.

As to the team being sort of "relaxed" its true and annoying but maybe you can again, reinvigorate the group come early spring with a lunch and a chat about new things you all can do together to drum up business in early '09.
