The main point to that is, regardless of the nature of interaction with the servicing personnel, the borrower needs to be proactive in their efforts to deliver all the modification document requests and to receive a response on the matter.  

Often, they purchase between 1 and 3 on their first interaction.3-3.5 out of 10 are seasoned real estate investors who are active right now or have been in the past in real estate either wholesaling, retailing or land-lording/passively owning.
