As to the team being sort of "relaxed" its true and annoying but maybe you can again, reinvigorate the group come early spring with a lunch and a chat about new things you all can do together to drum up business in early '09.

So its really easy to look up all of your interactions with a contact. 

In the beginning, we did everything ourselves, including all of the interactions with the tenants.

When I start to lose steam, I call one of my friends who is also excited about real estate, and we chat about our dreams. 

I may need to explore this more – would love to chat if anybody has any interest or experience with a project like this.
