Just to pick your brain a little more if possible, how would I find the fixed cost for my area (insurance, closing cost,commission,inspection fees etc..) would you recommend the same apps or something else?

How are the insurance premiums in Louisiana?

I understand the risk to that and feel as though I have accounted for that in my insurance planning. 

Your first line of defense against loss is going to be insurance on the property, then an umbrella or excess-lines policy on the company. 

Any recommendations on local real estate agents/firms that could help with my search?
