That said, the IRS has pretty flexible guidelines to look at the facts and circumstances and make a decision.

Recently I have been torn with my decision on execution and I'd like to hear what BP has to say.I currently don't own any properties and I am looking to purchase a multi-family unit so that I can get my first property, rent it out and start building equity.I have heard from multiple friends about how the market is on peak and I should probably wait to purchase a property.What opinions do you guys have with this topic?

I  (making a bad decision to do this) took $25,000.00 out of my 401-K because he wanted to start a tractor selling business and it went under in 6 months b/c the wholesaler was selling him lemons. 

I've made the decision to invest this fall (regardless of what I choose), or at least start the ball rolling and I think I may find a lot of great guidance here. 

I am working to become as educated as possible in order to be able to make the best possible decisions regarding moving past the initial evaluation stage.

One of the best courses I EVER took was a course called "Tax Factors in Business Decisions" during my MBA.  

But I really just need to make that decision and try it.
