These insurance products have writers that allow using policy for long term care or terminal illness while living.Fixed premiums for TERMs for husband and wife can add up to 8k yearly of TERM insurance.

What is your intention?  

Although I'm sure the intent is that you need to have it as your primary residence for a year or so, seems like the fact that the military might move you must be a known issue.

I have no ill will, I'm sure she is normally amazing as other people have stated and I do plan on given her (and them) another call but my initial intake calls with other TK providers have gone better, and I felt more valued even as a prospect.

Let everyone know your intention or what your goals are and make sure they understand.Track all of your responsible for in a report style that you can review regularly and possibly reduce expenses and increase the income.

Did you buy that property with the intent to one day leverage it as a buy & hold income producing asset?
