Looks like I am going to have to bundle multiple properties into one loan, which is fine because it looks like that is my best option to have a chance of getting a cash out refinance on these properties.

Not sure what order to do it and if I should make the sacrifice.At least if I start in the more expensive market I can get higher rents, even though STR is illegal in my desired purchase area, even if hosted.
