Here in Colorado everyone is issued a dog or four unless you can prove you are a "cat lady".

She is on a month to month lease and my wife is to the point where she wants this lady given 30 days notice and gone as part of the sale. 

I currently tell my tenants that I have a partner who has 50/50 say on decisions.A lady I met through BP recommended this for several reasons and it works well for me.

Heck, there's a lady across the hall who is on a very meager income, and yet she feeds the feral cats and racoons (drives me nuts) and she now has two of them living in her apartment against the rules.  

If you just hope the lady moves out, you will lose a lot more money.

One ceiling fell down on a lady, but I think she was using her broom to pound on the ceiling (she'd complained about the upstairs neighbor walking too loudly LOL), but she wasn't hurt.  

It was an older lady who was caring for her grandchild.

Avidyne Integra  and it failed 300 feet above a marine layer when I was making the ILS approach into North Bend... first time ever I had stuff go wonky on me at the exact wrong time.. 30 seconds later and it could have been the big red handle pull and a splash landing in the ocean LOL.. and since I was not expecting that approach I did not have my life raft with me... you know the links in the accident chain... good calm advice for our lady and her 11 gates running on her property... as always the voice of reason.. !!!!
