Hi folks,I just moved into a duplex as a house hack in February. 

I'm looking to make my first BRRRR purchase here in a few months and have really been looking into house hacking meaning we'd move out of here and into there.

@Julio Cruz What if they unlocked the equity to help paydown any expenses / retirement, and house-hacked to cover their housing expense?

Today I am gaining more traction, and my first deal under contract so happens to be a house hack deal!

Maybe wholesaling is right for you (not investing, it's a sales business), maybe house hacking is right for you, maybe something else.

So when we started climbing back up the hill almost a decade later, we made the commitment to house-hack/fix and flip with a duplex.

I understand that the first house hack might not be the easiest, but it will definitely help me for the second or third investment.

My investment is a house-hack, so I'm here now, hence the 5% loan and will seek to do another next year and so forth.
