Looking for a source would like to use the equity in my Commerical property to fund new investments.

You either source deals nationally and when one looks good then you research the market to see if you want to own there or you research markets and choose the ones you like and farm those markets.

(according to some sources).I've lived with family and have $20k saved specifically for a house, that I hopefully won't have to put much work into.I have a real estate agent who does some investing and is sending me homes.And I've got pre-approved for a loan of about $350kI'm mainly looking for some other investors in the area, and what they've done.

Was looking to source my county tax delinquency list for motivated sellers to wholesale. 

Obviously, they sell appliances, and some of their reviews are not applicable to landlords, but it's a good source, I think.

You and @Moustafa can get together to create the data sources and single metric! 

Other than Costar and talking with brokers, does anyone know of other databases/sources that have retail rent data?
