Wow, that is a really sad story Rich Henry, III.

Learned how to pull the estate papers off the internet without having to step food into the recorder's office.

They put in near Idaho Springs, which has a fun brewery (Tommyknockers) you can go to after your river trip for beers and pub food. 

I read Rich Dad & Poor Dad through one of the MLM networks back in 2007/8 while was in NYC.

I'd just like to add based on my own experience here Senior Living is not a get rich quick thing - there is a TON of risk and great barriers to entry as there should be.  

REI is a passion of mine, and its the key to my dream life, not riches and material things, but a life that I can spend a majority of my time with my future family, and my wife, and traveling.

Searched for days until I found a guy named Grant Cardone and watched all his stuff, read Rich Dad poor dad, and running into BiggerPockets, my life was changed from there. 

A filthy (rich) snob that calls the help...

All I knew was being at the top of google = filthy rich.
