After just doing months of researching on wholesaling, I learned at the end of the day...information overload stinks and there's too much fluff in having to cut through to learn what I ended up learning.  

Yeah, so, on rare occasions LPs try to exit syndications but this is possible only through the GPs approval and that all parties involved are on the same page.

I just want to see how it's worked for people who have actually gone through it. 

If your applicant has gone through your screening process and are approved, that should only be good for 30 days.

Now is rented through section 8 for $2330 a month and it cashflows around $600 a month.

I've seen a couple of videos where that happens but they still have cash flow and don't mind leaving it.

I can pull a HELOC on my investment property in KY, pay outright with cash or finance through the installation company.

So I would encourage going through the lease diligently and being a proactive property manager and not a reactive one. 

I've learned so much through this forum and really want to get my real estate journey started.
