An absolute headache to deal with due to corners cut by the builder (we are outside of the build warranty). 

Now they spam us on a regular basis trying to sell the same service, but the data at which we are able to look, is no more accurate.In the U.S.A. markets were we dabble, I find them to be a useful service.

You tend to see these short cuts taken more frequently in lower valued real estate where it can be  difficult to make the numbers pencil if you are following all licensing and permitting requirements.

As an aside I buy properties I can fix up upon the initial purchase or shortly thereafter so as to minimize future expenses.

In short, I’ve never rented to CMHA tenants, and I’m trying to understand the pros/cons.

We are nearing the one year mark as first-timers, still have yet to get further than looking inside homes. 

Due to the negative equity in the deal, if the Buyer ever wanted to sell, for whatever reason, the Buyer would have to either "short sell" or wait until the house appraised for more than the proposed sales price of $446,018.40. 

Though we are still over a month and a half away from our reservation date, we lost our entire deposit.
