I would like to know if anyone has used Fiverr for either skip trace or cold calling resources and if so what was the experience like?

Our local chapter has over 700 members, many of whom are extremely active in the market and have a wealth of knowledge they're willing to share. 

The RE Agents on this forum are extremely knowledgeable so would be able to speak to the actual numbers.

I suppose you can use median age of housing in a market for an extremely wide overview as well.Vacancy rate: Turnover budget is your primary capex expense on virtually every property, and if units are turning over faster, you need to include a bump for that.

We are also going to have a US company cold call the owners of off market properties as we find that yields better results than just mailers.

Be prepared to "waste" a lot of paper towels doing this, an irresponsible amount. 100% silicone caulk is extremely sticky and slimy, and you have to keep your finger clean as you work.

I know that if you cold call people, you have to scrub your skip traced list with the DNC (do not call list).
