She came to me last month telling me she can't make the payments on the 1st and would like her due date moved to the 3rd since that's the day her disability check card is refilled.  

She has a credit card in her name, but we use the ones under my name. 

I've read all the arguments for and against forming an LLC this early and I don't think it's really necessary for me, but I'd still like to open accounts using a business name rather than my personal name.Is there a way I can open accounts under a business name, use a business name on business cards, etc. without filing a formal business?  

And those agents probably have some increased responsibilities like pre-screening the applicant, showing the property, explaining policies, etc.As a private Landlord, I would consider sending them a small gift card of $25 to Starbucks or Amazon.

First do not continue down the path that landed you in credit card debt. 

So, I have a good job, a car payment, student loans, some credit card debt.  

"As Is" has no bearing on your inspection get out of jail free card.  

I applied for a credit card the first day I turned 18.

Sounds to me as if they like to play the victim card.
