They really help with analyzing deals.I was filling in the fields in the rental calculator in my Android Chrome browser in my cell phone and entered an explaining link and when I came back to the calculator I saw everything I wrote was erased...

If so be careful as that will throw a flag up for lenders making it harder to get a mortgage.Good luck and enjoy the ride!

It is comfortable to just sit on this property and be basically cash neutral but enjoy the property appreciation. 

But many people are enjoying working from home and dont need to commute.
