Yes, the mobile homes built today are more energy efficient than their predecessors, but they can't beat the solid interior and exterior of a Tiny Home built by a professional company.

I have a 4 car driveway and can almost throw a baseball and hit a bus bench, so I was good anyways.

I have to build large margins into my numbers to hit my targets.

@Anita Ahuja my initial thought would be take the hit now and sell it for less, rather than take a chance and possibly take a hit with a bad set of tenants.

.- water efficient heads- Chicago controls thermostats- coin op laundry was our move this year- big ticket item but I am still a kid when I empty the quarters 👍 - make room for parking on the property- additional $- turn the boiler down.

Based on my study the last several months, single-family (Or small multi family, if the opportunity arose) looks like a niche I would fit best in, at least to start.We were hit hard in the recession, and are just now again at a point where we could look at investing.
