In the past year I have been trying to educate myself as much as possible with how I would like to utilize the equity in my home to invest into my first real estate investment.

There's a fantastic community on Facebook called the MHP Tribe that meets every Monday evening on Zoom to network and educate.

I would also start educating yourself on hard money (youtube university) so you start to understand the terminology, common terms, advantages & disadvantages, difference between local HML and Nationwide HML.

Should I go with the seller report or do I need to get it done myself. what could be the red flags.Any comments/experiences please share to educate me.

Hi Everyone, I've worked in the multifamily industry for the past 6 years and really like what I'm seeing from the BP community, podcasts and education info.

You have to be patient and take the time to make an educated decision.  

Be as educated as possible, continue to learn about Real Estate, Sales & Negotiations.

I have listened to podcasts and in the process of reading several books to educate myself on the foundations of investing in real estate.

I been reading books and educating myself but I get stuck when deciding where to start.
