I was able to determine that the neighbors are violating the noise code but despite the code's stating that police must measure noise and enforce the code, the police refuse to do anything about the situation.I understand that this noise may not bother some, but I have PTSD as well as a severe chronic health/pain condition and the random loud shrieks cause a startle reaction as well as increased pain, etc.

I’m curious on how investors on the coasts feel about the potential for an economic downturn that we’ve been hearing for 2 years now.

The deal I was looking at ended up not looking too interesting when I got the economic value number from the banks so I won't be going forward with this one. 

Unless someone has major reserves and a bulletproof source of income in the case of an economic downturn this type of investing is risky.
