But maybe I am not understanding what you meant by this.I mean that in terms of, I can't guarantee all details of every aspect of a tenant and their family.

Its been 3 weeks since the Proposed Closing Date on many of them - yet - the MLS keeps saying "Pending" - and i cant find any details about the Closing/Accepted Bid price!
