Hi BP members, I'm new to the forum and the field as well but I've begun listening to the podcasts and am trying to gather as much knowledge as I can before jumping into the deep end of real estate investing!

This is all part of the reason the economy started dropping in 2008, but home prices didn't bottom until 2010.Will this economic slow down be the same as 2008? 

@Jerryll Noorden any suggestion in how to do a deep search on a person it data comes back incorrect?

The property is able to be in day 1 shape every few days as opposed to getting the property back after a year or less requiring dmage repairs and deep cleanings!

It's cost me deep into six figures over 20 years. 

For me, that would be a little too slow.
