Being that we are located close to Disney, my thought was for all the parents that were doing a ton of laundry - and they have appreciated it as well....got some great mentions in our reviews!  

However, both leases say they require 90 days notice- see belowAgain, I’d like to get the downstairs tenants out asap and raise the rent upstairs asap as well.

That either my cleaner had intended to but was concerned about auto clean smoking the house or maybe they had but it didn’t work well, that I wasn’t sure and frankly didn’t want to be yelled at for something I would have gladly fixed And that I was happy to offer them housing but did not appreciate being yelled at in my own home.

I've already paid for and attended the inspection last week as well as paid earnest money so I'm currently $2000 into the deal.
