Virginia Jones Tenant paying rent with cash - issue or not?

My lease states if they pay in cash, or I have to physically collect the rent, then it is a $25 "convenience fee".

It looks like there is only street parking for tenants, so not sure if there is a way to squeeze in some off street parking or maybe could work out a rental agreement with someone nearby with parking to have some off street options tenants could rent from to make parking more convenient

All are within a mile of each other, which is convenient for working on them, checking up on them, etc.But I do wish they were even closer together.
