Not only are they not his listings, he knows that they were foreclosed on and sold, and he continues to advertise them.

Fortunately, we live in a society that continues to supply my business with an abundance of liquidity opportunities.

Best advice I can give is continue to do both wholesaling and the carpet cleaning until the success of your wholesaling business demands more time and attention than your schedule allows.
