What software do you use that makes the print appear to be written?

I am within my window for a refund and want to pull the trigger if I get confirmation that this isn't as educational as they made it seem.  

I then can almost 100% time confirm they are who they say they are with a phone google search.

This, of course, presumes that you have signed a contract with the normal inspection contingency stuff & specified HOA paperwork review in place (I'm assuming your state's standard contracts have this stuff; confirm with your agent).

Is there any similar real estate investor software out there which is the same they are providing?
