Cash-on-cash is relative and it is only one metric...and it really only works for year one to put properties on a level playing field so we can compare where to put our limited dollars.

I am not sure if the same RMD, required minimum distributions, rules apply to the SOLO401K when you reach age 70 as there is with Traditional IRAs.... something to think about for some people.In my case, I am mostly interested at this point in Buy-n-Hold Rentals.
