If the interest rates were the same, paying the same total amount each month, either loan would be paid off at the exact same time.....interest charged each month is purely about the total outstanding principal, at that time.

Today I received a call from the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission (which is the agency in charge of the sewer system of several towns in New Jersey) telling me that in order for the City to complete all of the permits I had to pay a one time fee of $1,500.00.According to the employee of the PVSC, this charge is incurred for anyone purchasing a home from a bank if you decide to renovate that home.

The NH MLS (NNEREN), is also the VT MLS, also doesn't require you to be a realtor, but if you're not a Realtor, they charge everyone in your office the non-realtor rate, so brokers make all agents become Realtors.

im about to start a 3 day free trial and i will be charged $60 per month afterwards, i think our daily limit is 15k or 20k addresses per day. so i dont think we will ever have this problem, simple small communication can avoid this if either one of us needs to make a big export. i am hoping someone can use access like me and doesnt mind sending $30 in paypal. maybe we even split 3 / 4 ways with others if they respond.

@Glen Beringer is right that on his higher end rental he wont need to set aside 10% because he's charging 75% more in rent to cover the same fixed cost.
