I also assembled a team with two realtors (one for SFH one for commercial properties), property manager, title company, and contractors (this is ongoing as I went through two of them already.

The good thing is, that I have been working with other investors as a contractor to rehab their properties the last 15 years.  

Any recommendations for HUD certified 203k consultants?

The property management company should be investors themselves so they will understand the investor mindset, should have connections to contractors and should feel good with out of state investors.Thanks a lot!
