My two business partners and I are located in Atlanta and we are looking to expand into the creative finance game. 

The long-term buy and hold game is my business and has been for the last 16 years.

All the good ones are quite busy in early April and will need to file an extension.

I have not bought anything from them, but I see their deals all the time.Most of them way over priced.I think their model is buy dirt cheap, sell  very high and convince people by offering 3 years rent guarantee.

Then when they leave it is very volatile for your business.
