Hi BP community,I've been passively learning as much as I can about real estate investing while I save my money up.

Glad to be here and excited to learn from this community.

I'm 17 and I would like to start learning more about wholesaling.

I knew it was not a really great deal but for my first property my goal was to learn as much as i can and atleast break even. my question is now that i know that MLS deals are hard to find and the ones you find are taken on the spot by bigger fish, where do you source your deals?

I’m here to learn while I build cash reserves and attempt to make my credit as attractive as possible.

Excited to learn first hand about the market here.

I know that in the bigger scheme of things, that's not a lot of studying/researching but I did learn a lot today and looking forward to learn even more. 

Lessons learned?

If you are successful, they say it's because of all the money you make in your 'day job' and if you fail, it's because you spent all that time learning about non-financial things.

Just like everything else in life, get started, keep honing those skills (i.e. keep reading, keep learning, keep attending the meetups) and watch yourself get better and better witch each property you buy.I hope this helps and good luck on your real estate journey!
