Older buildings likely have nothing but one layer of sheet rock between the floor boards/joists and lower level units.

I plan to one day aquire apartment buildings for rental income.

It would still appreciate overtime and build equity all while someone else is paying the mortgage.

Following David Green's Core 4 strategy (realtor, contractor, property manager, and lender) gives confidence to invest anywhere.

My biggest deal is a 6plex and I'm now looking to scale into 8-12 unit buildings. 

Looking to work with someone who is building in the Dallas and Granbury area. 

OOrlando is really well build to operate STR in due to the theme parks and the shear number of visitors we have each year, bu there are nuances to operating a successful one and the learning curve can be steep, but rewards can also be lucrative if you are a good operator. 

Since my main profession is office management for a residential remodeling company, would flipping to build up more capital be a better place to start?
