Richard, there is a lot of information here on BP, videos, blogs etc. take a look around the site. also going to local Real Estate Investment meetings to learn and meet contacts will help you. i do this part time and i'm sure a lot of members here do as well, i wouldn't quit my day job unless you have enough properties, financially stable and find that this business needs more of your attention to grow.
