Making a possibly good investment become a bad investment.

We are planning on doing a major remodel this winter during the off-season as the house looks and shows fairly ok but it is not something I would want to spend more than a week in as it needs a remodel badly.

Simply asking, do I just have to wait and then begin my real estate career?

Senior guy or gal gets 20k plus and guy at bottom junior agent might get 8k or so.The listing brokerages tend to only push their inventory to sell whether good,mediocre, or bad deals.

But then, I don't really know any really 'rich' people to personally know what they do or do not do.I know many rich people use corporations, which shields them from personal liability when debts go bad.

Honestly I don't see a huge issue with starting your investing career in a different market if you are able to develop sufficient systems.

Do not feel too bad as this site is full of hobby landlords that know nothing about operating this business.

You'll be dealing with swings in both directions that are much higher than $70 over your entire investment career.

@Caleb Anderson doesn’t look too bad if your expenses are right.  

However after talking to a lender (multiple lenders), they informed me that because my income is all cash and a new career, I need to show one more year of taxes before getting a loan.
