I started renting from the seller, with the assurance that in 3 weeks we would close. 

Generally the conventional, non FHA loans have been cheaper and preferred and FHA was a backup for those that could not otherwise qualify for those loan products.  

Does anyone have a good sample contract (preferably a word document) for the purchase of real estate in Georgia?

I am new to the area and in the process of closing on my first property and would love to have a good person to go to, preferably someone who invests, for the legal side of things.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,Interested in advice preferred method to conduct title search and obtain O&E report.Is there a title company you prefer to use, or do you complete the due diligence yourself downtown?

I am looking for a 4/2+ preferably detached home in the aforementioned areas.

Don't label the deposit pet or anything else, it should all be one big deposit you can use on any damage/loss.My logic for the fee is that I prefer to have a pet free house.  

Now that I have researched our situation I have come to the conclusion that the realtor intentionally left documents undated and without termination dates in order to assure their exclusive status as long as possible and thereby assure full commission.

Also, preference would be that they are located in either MA or RI
