I'm trying to get to know new people in real estate industry, specifically in Florida.

That enables people with a busy schedule to benefit from investing in real estate without having to have day to day responsibility of the property.

But boy, no wonder people do not trust insurance sale people.

They may be perfect people and helpful and help you.   

And on the home front, Right in peoples own backyards, something I have noticed is fast food prices are not falling like they do in a recession.

@Bruce Lynn, while I am guessing because I don't know "most" large multifamily, I would say it is very much manager dependent and likely to become more common place as many syndicators are struggling to make their mortgage payments.Ownership companies are still run by people, and people that don't have enough money to pay their bills will start prioritizing who to pay based on the perceived risks of not paying.As for taking over any outstanding bills, that is one of many issues of the common LLC transfer.

However, after making contact, they walked away without any explanation.I am willing to listen to and follow the advice of more experienced people, but it feels like some agents are only interested in their bottom line.
